ASP.Net AsyncFileUpload control not available in AJAX Control Toolkit for .Net 2.0

Question

I install the ajaxtoolkit and add reference of it to toolbox i get various element of ajaxtoolkit but there is no available asyncfileupload controlplz help me why it is not shown in toolbox even i install ajaxtoolkit in net framework 20 using visual studio 2005

It is not available in 20 version of AAjaxControlToolkit so you canot use it unless you upgrade and use latest AjaxControlToolkit
