Disable Tabs for Browser URL TextBox using Javascript

hi

I have some textbox in page that put TabIndex for them but when I type text in textbox and press Tab it goes to Title and after that goes to Addressbar and finally it goes to next textbox

How I can disable TabIndex for Urladdress and Title?
