Make Setup Installer of Web Application in ASP.Net

Hi Sir,   

As we deploy our Desktop .net application.. (i mean, installer ..or setup.exe), 
Can we also make Installer of Asp.net Web Application?

(i want my source code to be hidden after i host the application. But, when i usually Publish the Web Application, the source code (.aspx and .cs) will be in Published folder. And all can see it.

 How can I hide my source code?
