How to block particular CSS file from loading using jQuery

I am using a widget in my application , now when this application runs it requires internet , and through internet it fetches its css from its own server and disturbs my css ... i want to block that css ...

e.g its name is Widget.css

now i want to remove or block this css from being loaded into my application
