Create Table using Select query in SQL Server

please try below query

Select * into new_table  from  old_table 

or  

SELECT  col1, ....., col@      -- <<== select as many columns as you want
        INTO [New tableName]
FROM    [Source Table Name]

pratikshir says:

create table DemoTbl as (select * from TableName where filedName)

It’s not right way to create the table using this syntax. If you need to create new table from existing table with same table structure then refer the below test query.

SELECT *
INTO DemoTbl
FROM TableName
where filedName = ? -- Your condition value


-- or for perticulare column

SELECT [youecolumn1Name],[youecolumn2Name]
INTO DemoTbl
FROM TableName
where filedName = ? -- Your condition value
