Code behind in controller

is_credit = Convert.ToBoolean(dr[14].ToString()),

and 

is_credit = bool.Parse(dr["is_credit"].ToString()),

i'm using above two statements...It runs at local system but not working in server system after uploading file it shows an error "string was not recognized as a valid boolean"

GuruLogu says:
dr["is_credit"].ToString()

The datareader value should be either true, false, 0 and 1 to convert to boolean. So the value comes in dr is not between these four.

Error: String was not recognized as a valid boolean in ASP.Net
