ITextSharp: AcroForm field value disappears after signing PDF document

Well, I'm using Adobe sign. And I need to send document on email with fields. Then get the E-Signature along with those fields filled. But If I sends a document with fields, I'm not getting my signature fields on {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} and when I sends a document without fields, I'm getting all the signature fields properly.
