ASP.Net Error: redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies

This problem coz of asp chart in web config file

<!-- <add key="ChartImageHandler" value="storage=file;timeout=20;" />-->

changed to

<add key="ChartImageHandler" value="storage=memory;deleteAfterServicing=true;"/>

Now, Problem is solved.
