Identity column in table 'UserActivation' can only be specified when a column list is used and IDENTITY_INSERT is ON.

Or

SET IDENTITY_INSERT tablename ON
INSERT INTO tablename VALUES(123,'sr@4455fd')
SET IDENTITY_INSERT tablename OFF
