It is not possible data bind from database in CommandField. Because CommandField does not have a DataBinding event.I would suggest you can do it like below.So please refer the below code and modify as per your requirement.

Replace above code with below.You need to cross check your CommandField cell index in your code.

I change code but here it doesn't show command's showeditbutton in all rows...

I want it doesn't show it just in rows that lblgroup="مستاجرین"
