Build a Count SQL Query using the Current Date

in my asp.net+vb+access database web i have a query in which data is counted and displayed in label in asp.net page. i used the following lines to count.

i want to count the year_ (which is a field in my table which i feeds 2011,2012,2013) related to the current year of the computer

how can it be done

 qstr = "select count(*) from CG where status='1' and year_='2011'"

( want current year-2 here in year_ field)

 qstr1 = "select count(*) from CG where status='1' and year_='2012'"

( want current year  -1 here  in year_ field)

 qstr2 = "select count(*) from CG where status='1' and year_='2013'" 

( want current year here in year_ field)
