TextBox Validator for multiple Country Phone number formats using jQuery Plugins

Hi I want to restrict user from entering alphabets and any special character except + and space.

So my textbox can accept input like

+92345 2394 1321

but not like

+039-21930#90213 ..

e.t.c

Only allow plus , spacebar , and only numeric digits.
