Error: System.IndexOutOfRangeException occurred in System.Data.dll but was not handled in user code Additional information: Cannot find column 1 for SqlBulkCopy using C# in ASP.Net

I've been using the following code to import csv to my database table but it shows exception at:

dt.Rows[dt.Rows.Count - 1][i] = cell;

The cvs I am importing has 40,000 rows with only 1 column. Please help
