Convert ASP.Net Web Form into Mobile friendly web form

Hi,

Currently we are having internet website.. We are planning to convert to that website into mobile friendly version.. Can you just give me guidelines , how to convert a webpage into mobile friendly webpage? what are the major things do i have to concern?
