Force IE11 to behave like IE10 in ASP.Net

Can any one tell me how to force the IE11(internet explorer) to behave as IE10 using  javascript

i have multi select function its working well in IE10 and other browsers but its not opening in IE11

when i do inspect element i found that class="open" is missing when i click the button, but when i do this in other browsers this is class="open" is working fine
