When you publish your website your website is converted to DLL. if you want to encrpt the DLL then use Obfuscation tool.

i have direclty encrypt the webconfig file with aspnet_regiis.exe -pef "connectionStrings" "C:\VisualStudio2008\Authorization",

But still i m searching for encrytpion code which is used for webpage i mean aspx files. Can you guide me in this regards
