How to add Verified By PayPal Payment Logo in Website

i want to add Verified Payment Method ( Paypal ) option in my asp.net system

for example some of my regular user add as a Verified payment method symbol

mins once they Verified with paypal threw my system then i will ass one verify logo with his username

but they do not pay any money for payment verification
