ASP.Net TextBox Issue - Old value is lost when new value is set

hello sir wn m using one textbox for preserving assign value in it, it run succesfully  bt wn m apply d property Visible false dn after assign first value it took but wn m giving /assign second value it clear the privious value i get stuck here .....Thnx in advance
