How to add data from excel sheet to collection in ASP.Net

Is this data stored in Excel, if yes first you will have to read excel to datatable

 Read and Import Excel Sheet into ASP.Net GridView Control

and then you can split it as the sample below

        dt.Columns.Add("Data");
