Windows form controlscontainer in asp.Net c#

Im new in Windows form application.

I want to know that how i can control the position, size, orientation of the controls/containers used in windows form, asp.net c#.

i.e., 1) On increasing the form size, container/control size also increase (as per defined)

2) On decreasing the form size, container/control size retain in its same orientation (as per defined)

please help me in understanding.
