Display Photo on Employee Registration Form as soon as it is uploaded in ASP.Net using AJAX

how to upload the photo and display in the image control,in the same employee form...the image is displayed in the right side how can anybody have any idea...i written the code for upload image,the image will uploaded successfully,i want to display on the same page,,,pls tell me..how to do this?thanks in advance
