Flash player not getting displayed inside GridView control in IE browser

I have followed all the steps in the link http://www.aspsnippets.com/Articles/Save-MP3-Audio-Files-to-database-and-display-in-ASPNet-GridView-with-Play-and-Download-option.aspx and all the functions are working except that the flash player is not getting displayed in the gridview and hence i am not able to play.

Please help me with this issue.
