Create Setup with License in Visual Studio

Hi Experts

 hav created set up for win application .  i need to create an Installer CD which I can install on client machine. Then onwards if client knowing or unknowings handovers the CD to another person and that person tries to install, it should not get installed. Is it possible.?in case of our clients does not hav internet connection wat is solution for copy protection
