Import website contacts to MailChimp using ASP.Net

Hello Sir, 

I want to add feature in my c# website which can import client contacts to mailchimp, i read about Mailchimp API, but i dont understand how to use it, how to start it. i searched seaveral artical realated to it, but didnt got perpect steps to follow. i am new to asp.net. plz help.
