Resize Image after upload in ASP.Net

Helo Sir,

I am uploading image(by using file upload) and display it on website.Bt i want to display that image in particular fix size (i.e 180 x 180) ,No matter what size of image I upload . It only display in fix size.

Is there any solution for that ..??

Or is there any validator while uploading images it takes only that size image only (i.e. 180x180),if i try to upload size larger than or less than that it will not accept.
