How to set Hyperlink for a specific column using SSRS Reports in SQL Server

I have multiple Dataset field values in a column

Ex:

="<b>" + Fields!Title.Value + "</b>" + "<br/>" + Fields!Content.Value

now I want to set a hyperlink to (Fields!Title.Value) but the link is available for both the Title and Content.......
