Populate CheckBoxlist using Jquery Ajax in ASP.Net

Hi,

I used the below link and able to populate the checkboxlist but I found an issue with my code. The resulted html have same id name for all the checkboxes in the list instead of the increament ids resulting in highlighting the first checkbox always whenever we click on the name(instead of checkbox).

Please help me with the solution.
