Asp.net Ajax Updatepanel not working when uploaded to server

Question

Hi   i have used updatepanel in aspnet 35 framework  It is running good in localhost but when i upload it into server which is not working as usual whole page is loading

Thanks Mudhassar atlast ajax is supported in Godaddy serverSolution is i have not added ajax dll in addreference Then i changed it and worked fine
