How to set MS OutLook meeting through ASP.Net Website

You cannot access outlook with ASP.Net

I dont need to access outlook through asp.net

when I set meeting in asp.net 

it should my outlook with that meeting appoinment

is there any other way to do outlook + asp.net interaction ? 

It is not possible because Outlook is a Windows App while ASP.Net is a Web App which runs in browser.

You can use Google Calendar instead
