When I run my application ,I got below error used skills is asp.net,c# and sql server.

Database 'DB' on server 'ixqxx' is not currently available.  Please retry the connection later.  If the problem persists, contact customer support, and provide them the session tracing ID of '{7977D68A-8390-4FB7-821B-8DE82CFA97BF}'.
