Add Class Library Project Reference in ASP.Net Web Project

Hello guys, i was looking for information about adding references to project, for example i have one project and some libraries in my solution, i'd like to know the rules of adding references to each other(cause i've got some version conflict problems when i misadd something), any links? Thanks.
