Problem importing data from Excel into Table with Identity True in SQL server

I have Upload Excel File and save in the database but in my  table their is  Auto increment Coloun so what can i do for this situation

Two ways1 Remove AutoIncrement column if you have ID in Excel2 If you have AutoIncrement then remove ID field from ExcelAs it does not make sense to me having both
