Drag and Drop using multiple lists in WPF application using MVVM

Hi, I develop WPF application using MVVM and want to use Drag & Drop mechanism.

i create Listboxes dynamically (according the to number of teams in DB) and would like to move users from one list to another and set his location while dragging.

How can i implement that?
