How to get data batch wise from SQL Server

Suppose i have a datatable with 100 records.I should consider it as a set of 20 records. so total 5 sets of records in datatable.

if i want to update only third set of records ie from records between 60 and 80 ..how can i do this

??

do dataadapter have any property to do this
