how to restrict registration daily

What do you mean by restricting?

RESTRICT NO OF DAILY USER REGSITRATION OR BOOKING TO 10..

ONLY 10 CARS OR USERS CAN REGISTER IN A DAY..

For each entry also insert DateTime which wiill be the Current Date Time

Then each time you can check that for the current date if you have 10 records, you can disable more registrations
