Recognize Face and compare with other image in ASP.Net

Hi all, with my webapplication I would need to upload an image (simple upload) and, from code, the application should compare and return results with images in which there are similar faces. the language I use is in Vb.net but also in C # it would not be a problem. I kindly ask for advice. I read a lot about it: OpenCv, Emgu Cv, Api Viso of Microsoft but, before starting, I would like your opinion, given your professionalism and competence Best regards
