Import Excel File to SQL DB Azure with SQL Server

HelloI use SQL Server 2008 R2 to import a Excel File to my DB Azure But I have some errors  httpimg4hostingpicsnetpics837531CapturepngIn english it says  not convert column X reasons types of Unicode string data and noUnicodeAnd this is my table and with type httpimg4hostingpicsnetpics827488Capture1png Thank you for your help

I changed the value of TypeGuessRows to 16 It doesnt workBut I wonder why I dont have the advanced tab in Import and Export Wizard like the third post on stackoverflow EDIT  I resolved my problem I have export Excel to Access then Access to SQL Server
