Implement hierarchical comment system in ASP.Net MVC Core

I was wondering if there is any resource to help me with a hierarchical Comment system. With Parent comment and Child Comment (Reply) just like in this platform.....

I achieved that with asp.net Web form. How can I do same using Core MVC?
