These all links are talking about WAMP server. But our asp.net site needs IIS then how to do it.

You have to host your application in iis and need to open you pc 24x7 in order to access your appliction by other user.

Finally I got a solution 

I had to do some setting in my router

In the router I looked for Virtual Server

There I did setting for DMZ host

In DMZ HOST i mentioned the static IP of my PC in local netowork and saved

Finally I got it available on Internet. 

Here I like to mention that this I did with my Dynamic IP.  We can do it with STATIC IP.

It is worth to mention that there is always a security threat.
