Importing Excel sheet to SQL Server table using c# with windows forms application

Dear All,

                 I have one Excel sheet, in that plenty amount of data is there, when i upload these excell sheet  to my table .it as  i need to store these data in the SQL server table direclty. I searched in google but i didnt find proper solution for my requirement. am developing this application using c# with windows application. please do a favour for me,its very apprecialble....
