How to open Windows Explorer on click of Link Button in ASP.Net

I have used a LinkButton as Text "D:\NewFolder\"

I want when user click on the link the "NewFolder" folder will be open as windows explorer !

You cannot open Windows Explorer in Web Application, the only way to do is using FileUpload control
