Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file It is already opened exclusively by another user

I am uploading the excel file in asp.net. I am the getting the above error when click on "upload" button. It was working fine but suddently getting this error. I gave the full permission to xxxxx\ASPNET, everyone,etc., to folder but still facing same issue.

Can anyone help me on this ?
