Apply CSS Style while creating pdf document using iTextSharp in ASP.Net

I have seen the article

This is the best article for me.

Can we use div tag and apply css classes to these belongs to our applcation rather than using table tag and color for this tabe in the same code which is given in above article.

Please let me know if possible and how to use.
