Fill in PDF form Fields using iTextSharp in ASP.Net

Is it possible for W4 pdf field modified on the web with C# and ASP.Net.

W4 form will get download from IRS. Load it to a web page, then write on its fields and print out.

I have the problem to get it works.  Please help.
