[Solved] Implement notify icon (Balloon) in MVVM and WPF project

Hi, I'd like to implement a balloon in my WPF MVVM windows application.

The balloon will be displayed at the buttom right corner of the screen for a couple of seconds.

What is the right (MVVM manner) and easiest way and how that can be performed?
