Fire RadioButtonList SelectedIndexChanged event Conditionally for some items in ASP.Net

Here i have set the RadioButtonList selected option in java script as you have mention in the step 2.

C#: In code behind i am finding which radiobutton is check using for loop and using responce.write function i am showing which radio button is checked from RadioButtonList.
