System.Net.WebException: The result was aborted.Could not Create ssl/TLS Secure channel in ASP.Net

Hi ,

 When i pushed windows service which collects system information and insert in to sql via Webservice results in System.Net.WebException.

The result was aborted.Could not Create ssl/TLS Secure channel at system.web.services.Protocols.WebClientProtocol.GetWebResponse(WebRequest request)

at system.web.services.Protocols.httpwebClientprotocol.GetWebResponse(WebRequest request)

at system.web.services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(string methodname,Object[] parameters)

please help,how to send information to sql via webservice which is hosted in IIS
