WCF Error: HTTP could not register URL http://+:8080/. Your process does not have access rights to this namespace

I have create a project in WCF in VS 2010

First i Add A ClassLibrary project with name HelloServices the add a WCF Services inside the ClassLibraryproject with Name HelloService

In IHelloService I add one method

and in Hello Service Class

Then Add a Console  project  Name   HelloserviceHost

Then Add the project refrence of HelloService and add >net refrence

System.serviceModel

After That add a Appconfiguration in Console Application

Now i am getting Error

AddressAccess denied Exception was unhandled Plaese help me
