Sort Table cells automatically after any item is removed (deleted) using JavaScript

Hey Guys I have a table with 2 columns and several rows, I want, when I delete all elements of a particular cell, the remaining cells sort automatically.

Let's say, If a have 3 rows and if I delete 3rd cells the elements of next cells arrange automatically to it's previous cells.

Please help
