How to count the number of values present in Windows Forms ListBox

Question

Hii i hav listbox and a textbox in my form in this fom when i will put no of helpers and then i will transfer the number of volunteers from listbox1 to listbox2when the values are completely transfered then it should match the textbox value and the count of values in listbox2As shown above in image 2 the count of values in listbox2 and textbox value should be compared and if it does not match then it shold display an error or it shold pop up a message box

You can compare value like following  private void btncompareClickobject sender EventArgs e                    int value  ConvertToInt32textBox1Text            if lst2ItemsCount  value                            MessageBoxShow34Not Matched34                        else                            MessageBoxShow34Matched34                    Check it out
